Overview

You are planning a gathering and the guest list, originally thought to be 30, has just hit 50. Who are you going to turn away?  It could be a summer celebration, birthday, anniversary, graduation or a wake.  It could be a football world cup final in 2026 - we can still dream.  But the catering is now looking more like a nightmare, so what do you do?  Call in The Constant Cook who has a bunch of big ideas to ease your sleepless nights regarding the food.  He also has some massive paella pans which will feed 50, even 100 guests, which create not only a great spectacle, but also incredibly delicious food.

How It Works

The cook prepares and serves your chosen dish on site using his own equipment. Guests are served straight from the pan for maximum impact

Ottolenghi Multi-Vegetable Paella
Peppers, fennel, artichokes, tomatoes, olives, broad beans, mushrooms

Paella Valenciana (Chicken & Seafood)
Chicken, pork, chorizo, prawns, squid, mussels, peppers, peas & broad beans

Pork Tenderloin Stew
Orange, peppers, spinach, butterbean & haricot bean
