Canapés

Overview

Drinks and Canapés, such an easy, obvious idea.  Send out the invitations to thirty close friends, order in the Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Chardonnay, Pommard.  Push back the chairs, light the fire, add a few decorations, your best playlist and you are set to go.  Well not quite, what about the actual canapés?  Nuts and crisps aren’t going to cut it.  Tacos and dips are a bit yesteryear.  Don’t even mention supermarket olives and antipasti.  If it’s a really special occasion, you might want to consider bringing in a private chef to elevate the occasion.  It will cost a bit more than a kilo of honey roast cashews, but it won’t break the bank.  And the sparkle of joy in your friends’ faces as they arrive, spot the chef whites, realise you have got them covered and it’s going to be a blisteringly wonderful occasion.

How It Works

Guests are served a rotation of vegetable, fish and meat canapés

You simply provide helpers to hand out the canapés while the cook prepares, serves, clears and restores the kitchen to rights.
