Bowl Food
Overview
You really want to get a bunch of 20 or 30 friends round, but you can’t face cooking for them. You really want to give them some food as it sets the tone, soaks up the booze and generally makes people happy, but you haven’t the space to sit them round a table. Canapés don’t float your boat, so how do you feed them, without giving them lunch? Call in the Constant Cook and he will serve up a selection of dishes in small bowls, eaten simply with a fork, on the hoof, so no tables or table settings required. The Cook supplies the food, bowls, forks, napkins and trays. You supply a couple of friends to help distribute the food between the guests. The whole process takes about 90 minutes, with a selection of vegetable, fish and meat dishes to go round and a little sweetener to finish with. The helpers return the crockery and cutlery to the kitchen, the cook clears down, clears away and clears off, leaving you to enjoy your drinks.
How It Works
Guests are served a rotation of vegetable, fish and meat dishes, followed by a small sweet treat.
You simply provide two helpers to hand out the bowls while the cook prepares, serves, clears and restores the kitchen to rights.
